Delivery Charges

West Malaysia
We provide free standard door-to-door delivery for orders with a minimum purchase of RM350. A flat delivery fee of RM20 will apply for orders below the minimum purchase requirement.

East Malaysia
We provide free standard door-to-door delivery for orders with a minimum purchase of RM500 per 1kg. A flat delivery fee of RM25 will apply where the minimum purchase requirement is not met.

Delivery charges may vary for special delivery arrangements, remote locations, oversized items, or other circumstances where additional courier charges apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated to customers before order confirmation.

Delivery Coverage

ACME MD GLOBAL SDN. BHD. provides delivery services to locations throughout Malaysia, subject to courier availability and any applicable delivery restrictions.

Order Processing and Delivery

We strive to process and dispatch your order as soon as reasonably possible after your order has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • East Malaysia: 2–7 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary depending on factors such as courier operations, peak periods, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our Customer Service team will be available to assist with any delivery-related enquiries.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate, complete, and accessible for courier services. ACME MD GLOBAL SDN. BHD. shall not be responsible for any parcel delays, redirections, additional delivery charges, failed deliveries, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer.

Order Dispatch and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your order.

If you do not receive your tracking number within one (1) working day after dispatch confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

Delivery Delays and Order Processing

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors including, but not limited to, incorrect information provided by customers, customs or import clearance delays, courier disruptions, supply constraints, or periods of high order volume.

ACME MD GLOBAL SDN. BHD. shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or cancellations arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by customers.

While we are unable to control all external factors affecting delivery timelines, our Customer Service team remains available to provide assistance and support in resolving any delivery-related concerns.

Refund of Goods

Change of Mind Return Policy

We hope that your purchase meets your expectations. However, if you change your mind about any product, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt.

All return requests are subject to review and approval by ACME MD GLOBAL SDN. BHD. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will conduct an inspection and reserve the right to approve, reject, or provide a partial refund based on the condition of the returned goods.

Return Conditions

  • This Change of Mind Return Policy applies only to full-priced items purchased at the time of order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original complete packaging with all accessories, manuals, and accompanying materials intact.
  • Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
  • Original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items, promotional items, discounted items, and clearance products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or faulty.

All return decisions will be made following inspection of the returned merchandise and in accordance with our return policy.

Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery costs associated with their order, including any courier or transportation charges incurred when returning merchandise to our designated location in Malaysia.

ACME MD GLOBAL SDN. BHD. is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or failure of delivery that occurs during the return shipment process. Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service and retain the relevant shipment tracking details as proof of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request to our Customer Service team via WhatsApp, email, or any other approved communication channel. Our team will review your request and notify you whether the return has been approved or declined.

For approved returns, the item(s) must be returned to the designated location within 7 days from the date of approval. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all returned goods are handled with reasonable care throughout their possession and during the return process, including proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), our Customer Service team will inspect the merchandise and determine eligibility for a refund or other applicable resolution.

Please allow up to 14 working days for refund processing after we receive and complete the inspection of the returned item(s).

If the returned parcel does not reach us within the specified timeframe, ACME MD GLOBAL SDN. BHD. reserves the right to reject the return request.
